Colouring horses with coloured pencils

Many people have asked me to do one of these and here it is, finally. I hope you can use this!
Please dont mind the lay-out, its crappy, but I'm a traditional artist. Digital work is not my thing. Allthough I have the deepest respect for those who can! Wish I could do it. Anyone who wants to edit this tutorial?!

So have fun with this and let me know if it was any help. And if it needs modifications! I can always add something, remove something or elaborate on something.

Good luck!!

Oh, and I use watercolour pencils, from Derwent, because they are nice and soft and you get incredebly deep and beautiful colours with them and they blend great. You can use any kind of watercolour pencil, just make sure they are soft. And I dont use them with any water or anything, just like a normal pencil.

I won't conform to what I see in you, I won't surrender what I am. And even if it was a part of me, I'll never be that way again. ~Demon Hunter

Just use it as a guideline or something, pick out the things you think you can use and incorporate it with your own style. I think thats the only way it will work because everyone has a different style. And you are already doing great!
